Letting go of the past and the things I can't control has given me so much freedom. Freedom to create, read, teach, coach, facilitate change in others. Worrying is such a time stealer. Figure out a way to stay present and drop anything, like a hot potatoe, the things you have no control over. The Sedona method taught me exactly how to let go of thoughts that does not serve my highest good and I use this technique to help others in my programs and coaching. We are all striving for a peace of mind.
