The trickster can show up at any time if you aren't grounded and connected. It could even show up if you are grounded lol. The only thing I can suggest in times of chaos is to have patience and find things to do that will calm you. Reading books, researching, and going for a walk puts me at ease immediately. There is no point to look at the dark clouds coming closer and closer as that will only paralyze you. Problems will always have a place in our lives and life is not always fair but you have a choice on how to react to your life events. You don't have to choose to be paralyzed, instead find options by talking to your friends and family. Tell them what kind of situation you are in and listen to what they have to say as I don't believe we can make our own decisions all the time. Having people as sounding boards can be very helpful and life is also about giving and taking. If you always give advice to others it may not be comfortable to ask others for help. Maybe it is your independence that puts you in difficult situations?
I am also an independent person who is a coach and I do give people advice on a daily basis. As a result I do not always take the time to let other people help me as I think I should be able to do this alone. But that behaviour has not been the most effective way of living my life to its fullest-it has given me headaches and brought ineffective and poor decision making skills. So I stopped playing that role and I am using my friends and families as sounding boards time to time. I am also giving myself some time to think about my 'problems' as the solutions can take their sweet time to expose themselves. Again, I am practising being patient.
