Take a moment to listen to your breath. Take a deep breath right now, hold it for five counts, release for five and inhale for five. Repeat. It will center you and your day will not be so reactive. There are many relaxation and calm apps out there which are making you to take a moment and just listen to what is going on around you (hopefully you are outside), Dissect the sounds, the cars, plane, sirens, birds, maybe some music, people running, deer in the forrest, people chatting, coffee smell. We are so busy with our own thoughts, mostly negative which is robbing us of simple enjoyments in life. Learn to let go...and then stop and listen.
