I have been juicing every day now for weeks and I feel less sluggish and it makes me go to the bathroom regularly. I know... pooh talk but as I am getting older, being regular is important! In addition, I like to make a smoothie in the afternoon with bananas, avocado and spirulina. I love spirulina, it is such a fully loaded power packed greens.
