Just wanted to share something that has been working for me. There are more ways to find inner peace than doing yoga and meditation. Mine has been the power of letting go and forgiveness. I live and practice inner peace each and every day. When things happens, I sit with it, I sit in the pain, and then I start my process of letting go and to forgive. There are always lessons to learn and I listen and grow by those situations.
