How do you deal with stress? I tackle the largest and most important tasks in the morning as soon as I sit down in my office. I have an hour to tackle the things I have to accomplish before the phone turns on and meetings are scheduled. And because I have that extra time in the morning does not mean that I should read the news and float, it's better to put the hard working apron on and go to work. I don't do check lists but if you are a list person by all means write down each goal and check them off when they are completed. Having a visual can keep you motivated to complete the tasks at hand.
