I don't purposefully meditate, I don't sit down in a lotus position etc. I meditate when I go for a walk, when I connect with nature, when I drive to work and when I read. Quiet my mind and connect to the present moment...bliss...
I also started to do art on a more regular basis. I am not in a meditative mode yet as I am so focused on technique and reaching a certain outcome. I feel very present when I do art as it keeps me focused on the right here right now.
In addition to meditation and creating art I like when my body and thoughts are humming. I am feeling this sweet humming of contentment in my body. I really like my job, it is a low humming of happiness as I am able to help others which is essential for me to be happy. I have a low humming of feeling loved, giving love and living in love.. the humming is there... I don't feel lost as I did before, I don't feel bored as much, as I did everyday. Part of growing up, part of doing the best I can with this life I have to live. Humming is doing its thing, and it works for me..
