One of the first steps in becoming more self-aware has to do with your thoughts. What are you thinking right now? How are your thoughts impacting your well-being? What thoughts and stories are you constantly defaulting to? It will require some patience and curiosity to figure out how your inner thoughts are impacting your inner being. How you feel inside will always show up on the outside so it is crucial to get to know yourself a little bit better. Self-love and patience is important to have while you are taking internal inventory. Pay attention to how you speak to yourself and how you are repeating old stories over and over again. Time to let go of unnecessary baggage. Start with spending some time with yourself every morning, somewhere quiet so you can truly hear what is going on inside. Or take a moment when you have negative thoughts and find out what you are really thinking about at that moment. Be curious and dig a little bit deeper to find what the real culprit is. Dig until you find the coal and then deal with the problem and turn it around to a diamond ;). You are worth this special time with yourself <3.
