There's is nothing wrong sitting in fear and being fearful. Whoever said that fear is bad does not know how to work the fear energy. Expand yourself when you are in fear! But sitting in constant fear is not good for anybody so it is important to know how to handle that energy.
I remember when I was living in fear last summer and how sure I was it would not turn out for my highest good. I thought it would be a very negative experience and outcome in general but I was stubborn to make this work for myself. I realized how my actions combined with affirmations acted very quickly to bring what I needed! I had to let go of the fear in order to be open to receive, which can be extremely hard to do. I used every tool I could find in my memory bank and let go of the fear every single minute. But as soon as I was attached to the outcome nothing was moving. I had to constantly let go of my fearful thoughts and use affirmations that worked for me in the past. I also took some time to pray for the right outcome and then let go of being attached to that outcome. Tough stuff but so worth it! After taking massive action, using affirmations and some prayers I finally got the answer I was looking for. That was a very happy moment <3.
