So I am on day 3 of the celery juice morning ritual. I think my skin looks soooo much better but maybe I did not eat as much chocolate as I usually do. One thing leads to another and when you are on a health kick you make a better choice on what to put inside your body. It is not hard to figure out that you want to be successful when you follow or incorporate a new routine. And it is so much easier to choose the 'right' way of eating in the beginning but after a week or two you may get tired and go back to the same old ways. That's life my friends...to do or not to do, to retreat back to old ways or not. Make the new routine stick and try to make it sustainable to your needs.
