Yes, I bought into the hype and I will try celery juice every morning for a week! I will keep you posted about its impact, if any, and see if I have more energy in the morning. I try to juice every summer because it makes me less sluggish and I love all kinds of healthy juices so why not try celery to see what the hype is all about :P. Just got back from the gym and here we go! Lots of celery and I snuck in a cucumber as well. It tastes really good and the juice feels very healthy but I miss some ginger so I may get some to add some spice. I did not know that celery had so many health benefits such as helping with constipation issues, regulate PH balance in the body, help treat urinary tract infections, help you with your sleep!, and is abundant in Vitamin A are just a few of the benefits I read.
It was very easy to drink and I want another one! I will make another batch for tomorrow morning. Creating a new routine in the morning can be enough to feel energized and you may think you have found more energy doing the celery juice in the morning but maybe you just needed to incorporate a new routine.
