I have always believed in my social skills when I was younger. I knew I could make friends quickly and I was not totally stupid so I relied on these two traits when I moved to Canada from Sweden. And my life in Canada was so different from Sweden but I think I had to experience that in order to become the person I am today. I am a very curious person and I love to investigate human behaviour and their characteristics so living in a different country and in a smaller town fulfilled my curiosity on many levels. I started as an international student at Malaspina University and then explored art which I have never done before. I was a bookkeeper in Sweden, very left brain dealing with numbers and now I studied art, graphic design, painting, and my favourite subject was Art history. This book has been with me for over 20 years and will be with me when I am 90 years old but will probably need assistance lifting this heavy weight of a book :O!!
Some books really put me in a magical frame of mind and this one shows me how limitless we are with unlimited possibilities. Were we actually able to sculpt at that level at that time? What was their inspiration? The dedication and passion they had when doing these masterpieces were astounding. Find something that makes you feel magical and bring it out and connect with that energy. It is a pretty sweet feeling if you have the time to relate to something that is important to you.
