New things excite the senses until it doesn't anymore. Pretty smart lol but what I mean is that most things become a novelty after a while and that is when you really have to step up your game to keep it alive, whatever that means for you. Shopping online, waiting in anticipation for the package to arrive, it's here and you lose interest as soon as you open your package as you got what you wanted and instant gratification rears its ugly head again. You want more as that package could not satisfy your hunger in this instant world. That is when you have to put your ego in check and tell it to 'shut up'. You have enough and you are enough!
We have a saying in Sweden, 'sucking on the caramel' which means savor the taste, give it some time to really taste it and keep the sweetness alive or rather keep the idea alive for a while longer as you take the time to enjoy it. Let's be happy for the package more than just for a day, keep it new and refreshing for a month or longer, which means you have to put in some effort to keep it alive. Once I get what I want, I want something more and on and on it goes. Savoring the idea of the desired outcome is generally more satisfying than the outcome itself.
A fearful response will always lead to a fearful outcome. Approach everything with faith and magic. Faith has always played a central point in my life since I moved to Vancouver Island, Canada. Maybe because I live in paradise and nature has always been my church or maybe because I found myself grounded here in a very spiritual way. I started exploring my creative side as soon as I planted my size 10 feet on this soil and from that point, I became more connected to my intuition and different frequencies than ever before. I am a moon sign (Cancer) so I am pretty sensitive to changes in our spheric world which have helped me trusting my 'vibes' and listening to the whispers in life. The best tool has been to listen to my gut feelings...
The older I get the less stuff I want to be surrounded by. I am itching to organize my books and at the same time, I feel guilty not being able to read them all and give them the attention they need. I am a book freak and I could read all day but as soon as I get closer to all of my books I get overwhelmed. I want to go crazy and read them all but I know it will end in disaster. I can't focus on one book at the time and that gives me anxiety lol. I know it it is silly but I get FOMO every time I look at my bookcases so I would love to organize them in a way where I don't get so frustrated! I will spend some time on Pinterest to figure out a layout that will work for me. But I got sidetracked and started buying clothes online instead. Gaaaahh!!
But I had enough strength to focus on the shelf and colour coded one shelf and found a creative way of dealing with the rest! What do you think? :P
Woke up and felt very disconnected. Started to work and make a few phone calls. It is raining outside and that always impact my mood, not in a huge way but I can totally feel the difference when it is grey outside. On these days I have to make an extra effort to connect with my energies and positive vibes. I wanted to see what my cards had in store for me and what I have to focus on, so I picked a card from my favourite deck. I got "Community" and the first thing that I got was to connect with like-minded people and meet up with my Heartworkers! I miss my Heartworker community! As an ENFP I love to toss around different ideas as I can talk ideas all day long, however, I need to funnel my ideas and accomplish, finish and complete them before moving on to the next step. One step at the time will create harmony and peace of mind.
Another amazing nature day in my neighbourhood in Nanaimo! Bring on the sunny days :)
Breathe in, breathe out...every single day.. Best with loving thoughts as you experience Mother Nature..
People are getting their boats ready for a ride.
Number 49 came up a few times today so I had to do some research around numbers. 49 has the frequency of number 4 and number 9 and they are both related to worthiness, endurance, dignity, and trust. It also speaks about achieving success and the purpose and drive in life. I am pretty driven person and I have inner strength and I go for what I truly want but it has to resonate with my values. Number 9 talks about karma, divine life purpose, and soul mission which resonates with my soul path. Number 49 is about beginnings and endings when one door closes another one will open. Focusing on goals, aspirations and life purpose will lead to freedom, happiness, and contentment. So these numbers support my passion work and it says to keep on walking this path and more doors will open. I am all in!
