People are talking about believing in yourself, see yourself being successful and visualize your dreams in your minds eye. I don't think it is that easy, I think you have to prepare yourself to success.
You have to work hard on yourself, read and research how to beat your self-sabotaging thoughts, seek help and support, work on your subconscious and reprogram your mind. You have to show up, do the work and apply yourself. Then you can start seeing yourself doing your dreams in your minds eye.
There aren't any short cuts or band aids to be successful. You always have to take action and do the work. That is how you build long lasting self-esteem so you can take the next step, and the next and the next until you reach your goals.
